Rob Barton has been advising community banks in the areas of non-qualified benefits and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) for over a decade. He has worked with hundreds of banks nationwide and has extensive knowledge of and experience in the areas of administration, design, and regulatory requirements of non-qualified retirement plans.
John B. “Bo” Stahler brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He speaks from personal experience on the value of life insurance assets used to offset the costs of Employee Benefit Plans with his past banking experience as President and CEO of the American National Bank in Wichita Falls, TX.
Since 2004 Arnie Winick’s consultative approach has been focused on the education, design, implementation, along with the pre and post purchase regulatory compliance of the bank earning asset Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) and Non-Qualified Executive and Director Benefit Plans for Regional and Community Banks. Throughout his career he has primarily worked with banks in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, Texas, and Ohio.
As Regional Managing Director, Ean has been advising community banks in the area of nonqualified benefits and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI). He has worked with banks nationwide and has extensive experience in the design, administration, and regulatory requirements of nonqualified retirement plans.
John Gianacaci is a Regional Managing Director for BCC and has worked with community banks and bankers for over 25 years specializing in Bank Owned Life Insurance ( BOLI) and Non-Qualified benefit plans for top executives and directors. On a continuous basis, he assists banks with their BOLI assets and maintains a proactive consistent flow of information on how the marketplace is performing, along with any potential legislative and regulatory items.
Cody Bratten joined BCC in 2021 as a consultant focusing on new business development, client service support, and executive benefit plan design. Cody earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and his Masters from the University of Michigan. After working at General Motors managing a number of different projects, he decided to leave engineering to pursue his passion for problem solving in the financial realm. Cody has quickly developed a strong rapport in the community banking industry and has been working with clients around the country helping their financial institutions rise to today’s challenges by attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent in an ever-changing competitive landscape.
Tom has a passion for business. Over his 30-year career he has founded multiple businesses including a CPA firm, Professional Employer Organization, and Business Brokerage service focused on buying and selling professional accounting and CPA firms. In 2005, Tom combined his extensive experience in tax, insurance and human resources to serve financial institutions and their executives.
Steven J. Marlow has been advising financial institutions regarding non-qualified benefit plans and the utilization of life insurance as an informal funding vehicle for more than 20 years. He began his career in KPMG’s Tax Department. Mr. Marlow subsequently became the Tax Compliance Director for one of KPMG’s clients, a major life insurance company. In that position, he helped create products designed specifically for the bank marketplace and
Chanel Ricketts heads up the marketing department for BCC's St. Louis office, working closely with Consulting Principal, Steve Marlow. Chanel's main objective when working with clients is to be an exceptional communicator and intent listener. She provides, not only expert knowledge in her field, but also utilizes her honesty and sincerity to guarantee "peace of mind" and trust among her clients and colleagues.
Robert Orr has more than 30 years of experience with a focus on the insurance and investment fields. He works with financial institutions in the areas of nonqualified benefits and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI).
Richard K. Bratten has worked in the Executive Benefits and Corporate Owned Life Insurance markets for over two decades. Since 1999 he has worked as a National Sales Consultant and a consulting principal at two large national firms specializing in executive benefits and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI). Prior to his consulting role, Mr. Bratten worked in the insurance industry for more than a decade as an actuary. He concentrated on developing products for the corporate-owned life insurance (COLI) and bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) markets, including new products for the nonqualified deferred compensation markets.
John M. Anderson brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He has worked as a Senior Consultant focused on the design, implementation and administration of nonqualified executive benefit plans that often included the use of BOLI financing strategies. John has also worked as a Partner at the accounting firm of Virchow, Krause and Company.
Jonathan Anderson joined BCC in January of 2015 as a consultant specializing in new business development and client support. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in various facets of business. With a strong analytical ability blended with creativity not typically seen in the industry, Jonathan has strong problem-solving skills that translate into quality solutions for clients.
