When the founders, Kathy Smith and Kelly W. Earls, founded BCC in June 2004, they started the company with the aim of using their comprehensive knowledge and experience to help people achieve their financial goals while offering competitive compensation plans. Over the past 15 years, the founders and consultants of the company have developed strategies and supported more than 600 banks and financial institutions nationwide.
