Laura is the department head of our Benefit Services team and is responsible for overseeing the management of our clients’ non-qualified compensation plans. Responsibilities include daily benefit plan administration activities, ongoing reporting, problem-solving, and resolving incoming queries.  Before joining BCC in 2017,  she spent 25+ years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and subsequentially HP holding various technical and management roles within the financial industry.  She also has a General Lines – Life, Accident, and Health License.  Laura has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
