Tom has a passion for business. Over his 30-year career he has founded multiple businesses including a CPA firm, Professional Employer Organization, and Business Brokerage service focused on buying and selling professional accounting and CPA firms. In 2005, Tom combined his extensive experience in tax, insurance and human resources to serve financial institutions and their executives. Today, Tom is a national leader in the design and review of Non-Qualified Executive Benefits and business-owned life insurance strategies. Tom's leadership and advisory experience with small to middle-market businesses along with his tax and financial expertise provides a unique perspective to assist the financial institution in retaining and rewarding their key and future leaders and value creators.

On the personal side of things, Tom has been married for 35 years. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Health and fitness are my passions. He is a highly-ranked national competitor in Olympic-style weightlifting, has completed the Chicago and Arizona marathons, enjoys golf, and travel, and is always looking for a new challenge.
