Kaleb is a Consultant for Bank Compensation Consulting. He assists in helping new and existing clients implement and maintain their executive benefit and deferred compensation plans for long term retention and providing expense offset with Bank Owned Life Insurance.

Kaleb started with BCC in 2019 and in his prior role, Kaleb worked as a benefit reporting analyst servicing the benefit plans administered by BCC. This involves detailed annual accounting reports to the clients, statements reported to the participants and tracking accruals for the non-qualified benefit plans that BCC designs and services.

A graduate from Texas Tech University, he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
