As Regional Managing Director, Ean has been advising community banks in the area of nonqualified benefits and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI). He has worked with banks nationwide and has extensive experience in the design, administration, and regulatory requirements of nonqualified retirement plans.

Ean is a former attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with over 11 years of experience with financial institutions and BOLI/COLI. He has legal experience drafting SERP and split-dollar agreements, which has complemented his experience in BOLI/COLI to help executives and directors design and implement the most optimal plans for them and their institutions. Ean values most the relationships he has built with bankers over the years and strives to provide the highest possible level of service. In his off time, he enjoys being in the outdoors with his family and making huckleberry jam.”
