Chanel Ricketts heads up the marketing department for BCC's St. Louis office, working closely with Consulting Principal, Steve Marlow. Chanel's main objective when working with clients is to be an exceptional communicator and intent listener. She provides, not only expert knowledge in her field, but also utilizes her honesty and sincerity to guarantee "peace of mind" and trust among her clients and colleagues. Mrs. Ricketts's experience in the marketing and insurance industry has allowed her to cultivate deep professional relationships with a focus on client satisfaction. The knowledge she has gained from working with a highly diverse pool of customers throughout her career has proven to be invaluable in working with clients and prospective clients at BCC. Since joining the team, Chanel has taken an active role in developing her understanding of Executive Benefit Programs and the utilization of Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) as an informal funding vehicle. She focuses much of her time identifying those clients and prospective clients who would most benefit from the various consulting services provided by BCC.

Chanel received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.
