Since 2004 Arnie Winick’s consultative approach has been focused on the education, design, implementation, along with the pre and post purchase regulatory compliance of the bank earning asset Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) and Non-Qualified Executive and Director Benefit Plans for Regional and Community Banks. Throughout his career he has primarily worked with banks in the Mid-Atlantic, New England, Texas, and Ohio.
Arnie’s access and appointment to every active life insurance company in the BOLI marketplace enables the delivery of the most efficient financial strategy to meet each individual bank’s objectives; not a cookie-cutter approach. Northwestern Mutual, New York Life, Mass Mutual, Midland National, Ohio National, Protective Life/Great West Life are some of the life insurance carrier’s BOLI products offered.
Arnie’s #1 professional goal is to consult and provide prospects/clients with the most efficient, and regulatory-compliant BOLI Asset plan design that maximizes immediate and long-term earnings with a primary focus on credit quality and safety and soundness. In addition to provide comprehensive executive and director compensation/benefit plans. The continuous flow of relevant information on how the BOLI marketplace is performing along with any potential legislative, regulatory, and credit risk issues that may arise is a key component to the ongoing commitment to every client.
Arnie has Life & Health Licenses in more than 20 states along with Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses.
Arnie and his wife Sheryl have been married since 1978 and have 4 sons and 6 grandchildren. The Winick’s are actively involved with many charitable causes and Arnie is an Honorary Trustee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
